About the EFT Thailand Training Centre
The Elite Football Trials Thailand Training Centre provides an elite, full-time environment dedicated to the development of talented players. Our mission is to bridge the gap between amateur / semi professional football and the professional game by providing exposure to clubs through our network across the professional leagues.
Operating from a high-quality 3G training pitch with expert coaching, the Training Centre aims to support aspiring players in developing their technical skills and reaching their athletic potential, all while experiencing the rich culture of Thailand.

Arrive in Bangkok!
Airport pickup and accommodation transfer included. Train daily with elite coaches to elevate your game and gain professional exposure within the Thai football pyramid.
EFT Training Centre Players have Full access to all EFT Facilities.
Training Field
Players operate from a high-quality 3G training pitch, providing a modern and reliable surface for high-intensity sessions and dedicated technical development.
Swimming Pool
A swimming pool is available to support post-training recovery, helping players manage muscle soreness and maintain optimal physical condition.
Accommodation & Food
We provide comfortable, secure accommodation through our established hotel partners, ranging from 3-star to 4-star standards. Located conveniently near our training facilities, these residencies offer a focused environment where players can rest and recover effectively between sessions.
Daily meal packages can be arranged as an optional add-on to your residency. These supplemental dining plans provide convenient, balanced meals to support your stay and can be tailored to your training schedule upon request.
Gym & Weight Room
A functional strength and conditioning area, where players can work on their physical development, strength, and power.
Pathway to Professional Trials
As long as each player shows the required football level along with the correct attitude on and off the pitch, and represents the EFT Training Centre well—they will be provided with professional exposure and trial facilitation through our extensive network of scouts, club owners, technical staff, and partner football consultancies worldwide.
Thai Language Support
To support our international players’ integration, we can provide referrals to a specialist language school for group Thai tuition. These classroom sessions offer a collaborative environment to help you learn the language and connect with others, with schedules designed to complement your training.
EFT Coaches & Staff
The EFT Training Centre coaching staff consists of experienced and qualified professionals dedicated to the development of football players. Our coaches bring a comprehensive understanding of the game and provide structured training in key areas, including:
° Technical Skills: Focused sessions designed to refine essential skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control.
° Tactical Awareness: Support in understanding tactical systems, including positioning, formations, and situational decision-making.
° Physiological Development: Structured programs to assist players in optimizing their strength, speed, and agility.
° Mental Resilience: Guidance on developing the focus and mindset required to handle high-pressure competitive environments.
The Elite Football Trials Thailand Training Centre provides aspiring players with a professional environment to develop their skills and gain exposure. Through dedicated coaching and a structured program, we offer the platform and support necessary for players to progress in their football journey.
An average day at the EFT Training Centre:
8:00 AM - Wake Up
8:30 AM - Breakfast
10:30 AM - Technical Football Session (1.5 Hours)
1:00 PM - Lunch
3:00 PM - Practice Thai Language / Sports Massage / Mindfulness / Visualisation
5:00PM - Personal Recovery or Gym Session
7:00PM - Dinner
10:00PM - Sleep
Professional Exposure & Opportunities
Players at the EFT Thailand Training Centre have the opportunity to be scouted for trials with professional Thai clubs. Through our established network, we facilitate exposure for players who demonstrate the required professional standards and attitude.
While we provide the platform for players to showcase their talent to professional clubs, progress and contract offers remain at the sole discretion of the scouting clubs.
Track Record: We are proud that five of our previous players have successfully progressed to sign professional contracts with Thai clubs.
